With lots of people enjoying an extended break over Christmas and the new year, December was another busy month for Karting Nation circuits across the country – which of course meant lots of awesome feedback for us to read through before naming our first venue of the month of 2017! Thankfully there was one clear winner though, and storming to top spot as January’s venue of the month is Karting Liskeard.
There’s a lot to love about this challenging outdoor circuit, but we’ll start with the track itself, because judging by your feedback it’s even more exciting than it looks! The tailor-made, twisting circuit comes in at a whopping 800 meters and features a heart-racing combination of full throttle straights, sweeping bends and tight corners. The fact that the circuit is open to the elements too means you get to take on ever changing track conditions too. So if you’ve always fancied yourself as an F1 star, there’s nowhere better to push your skills at the wheel to the limit!
It’s not just the circuit that makes Karting Liskeard the perfect place to take to the track though, they also boast a fleet of both adult and junior karts, which means anybody aged 7+ can try their hand at karting. Thanks to the team of expert race marshals you’ll discover how to squeeze every last drop of speed out of the karts too, which means you’ll be posting seriously impressive lap times before you know it.
