information The Track
Karting Nation's Melton Mowbray circuit has been delivering awesome action thrills since the 70's- making us one of the oldest karting venues in the UK by a country mile! During this time, our 550m circuit constantly remained one of the largest outdoor tracks in the region, even as we have constantly updated our site to keep up with the times. Now, karters can race around the circuit in 270cc Biz Lemans Adult karts, which can accelerate you to top speeds in mere seconds, which makes tackling the hairpins and sharp corners on our track all the more heart pounding!
Our site comes with disabled facilities, spectator areas, parking and changing rooms. Light refreshments are available on the day.

GP Experience 30min (Off Peak)
These GP Experience sessions are in a non-race format and are ideal to get to grips with the karts and to see what they are truly capable of achieving. These 15min, 30min, 45min or 60 minute session will give you plenty of time to learn all the nuances of the track and could be the difference between winning and losing in the big race events! Lap time printouts for drivers are provided.
Balaclavas need to be worn under helmet. Please bring your own or they can be purchased at the track for £2 each

Having considered a few outdoor karting circuits, I can safely say that we'll be back. The 30 min GP Experience was great fun! Both myself and my son had a great time (although my son can't wait to be old enough to drive the more powerful 'adult' karts so that he can beat me!). All staff were polite and friendly making us feel welcomed on arrival and the sign in/briefing prep before the driving began was straightforward and easy to follow/understand.
We really enjoyed our visit freindly and helpful staff great Experience We will visit you again
