Despite the dreaded January Blues we’ve sped through the first month of 2017, and we’re flying through February too! So whilst we take a quick pit stop to catch our breath we should probably announce our latest venue of the month. With stacks of fantastic feedback throughout January there could only be one winner, and taking top spot as February’s venue of the month is Karting Cheddar!
Judging by recent reviews there’s a lot to love about this awesome indoor circuit, but it’s the track itself that we can’t get enough of! Covering roughly 400 meters Karting Cheddar’s circuit is tailor-made for speed and features everything from sweeping bends to heart-racing hairpins. The highlight has to be the 100 metre straight though, which gives you the perfect opportunity to find out how fast you really are. So get ready to satisfy your need for speed never before, because Karting Cheddar is petrol head paradise.
As well as the awesome circuit Karting Cheddar is also home to a fleet of 45mph Honda-engineered karts, which make tearing round the track even more exciting. Thanks to the computer lap timing system, you’ll know exactly how fast you’ve been going too. So if you’re looking to shave those all important seconds off your lap times you’ll be able to hone in on any weaknesses straight away – giving you the perfect opportunity to post some seriously scorching lap times!
It’s not just the fantastic facilities that makes Karting Cheddar one of our most popular venues, we’ve also got to give a special mention to the team of race marshals and instructors at who are renowned for making every karting experience as much fun as possible. They make sure karters of all abilities and experience levels are catered for too, so whether it’s your first time at the track or your fiftieth, you’re guaranteed some serious fun.
